A complete set of the proceedings is on file in the Board of Commissioners’ Journal is of public record in the Saline County Clerk’s office and on our website: www.co.saline.ne.us SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The regular meeting of the Saline County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 9:36 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, by Chairperson Phil Hardenburger. Present were Hardenburger, Janet J. Henning, Marvin A. Kohout, Stephanie A. Krivohlavek, and Russ Karpisek Commissioners, County Attorney David C. Solheim and County Clerk Diann Nettifee; Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s Office and published in all three county newspapers on November 8, 2023, in compliance with State Statutes; Hardenburger advised those present of the open meetings act at the back of the room and that all proceedings are electronically recorded; Approved the agenda as presented; Approved the minutes of the October 31, 2023 regular meeting; Under Citizens Forum Lester Ralston addressed the Board; Under Report of Officials; Meetings attended; Region V, Public Health Solutions, CASA, Safety Committee, Agricultural Society, Blue Valley Community Action, ENGAGE CO2 Pipeline/Tallgrass; Cory Lyons with Braxter Construction and Drew Boysen with Platinum Designs Construction discussed possibly putting together a bid for the project; Scott Davis, Veteran Service Officer, gave Commissioners a report of his office’s activity; Approved Resolution #2023-70 Veterans Green Light Project; Approved to accept a clock from Joe and Kathy Vosoba.
