A complete set of the proceedings along with an approved list of claims is on file in the Board of Commissioners’ Journal, is of public record in the Saline County Clerk’s office and on our website: www.co.saline.ne.us SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The emergency meeting of the Saline County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 9:04 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023 by Chairperson Phil Hardenburger. Present were Hardenburger, Marvin A. Kohout, Russ Karpisek and Janet J. Henning Commissioners, Deputy County Clerk Dee Drake, and County Clerk Diann Nettifee. County Attorney David Solheim was present via phone. Commissioner Stephanie A. Krivohlavek was absent. Notice of this emergency meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s Office, on the Saline County Facebook and notice was given by email to local news media. Hardenburger advised those present of the open meetings act posted at the back of the room and that all proceedings are electronically recorded. Approved the agenda Approved Patrick Guinan as legal counsel for Milligan 1 Wind Farm litigation 9:12 a.m. Entered closed session to discuss Milligan 1 Wind Farm litigation, no action taken. 9:39 a.m. Exited closed session with no action taken There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. The next regular meeting will be on August 8, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Saline County Commissioners’ Room, Court House, Wilber, NE.
