Present were Hardenburger, Janet J. Henning, Russ Karpisek, Stephanie A. Krivohlavek and Marvin A. Kohout Commissioners, County Clerk Diann Nettifee, County Attorney David Solheim was absent; Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s Office and published in all three county newspapers on April 24th, 2024, in compliance with State Statutes;
