Present were Krivohlavek, Brian Pribyl, Phil Hardenburger, Ray Rohrig and Russ Karpisek Commissioners, County Attorney David Solheim and County Clerk Diann Nettifee. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s Office, County website and published in all three county newspapers on February 25, 2026, in compliance with State Statutes; Krivohlavek advised we will abide by the Open Meetings Act which is posted on the wall at the back of the room.
