Present were Strehle, Phil Hardenburger, Anthony Fitzgerald and Kyle Frans. Russ Karpisek and Brian Pribyl were absent. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on October 8, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes.
