SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION The meeting of the Saline County Board of Equalization opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, by Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek. Present were Krivohlavek, Russ Karpisek, Ray Rohrig, Brian Pribyl, and Phil Hardenburger Commissioners, County Attorney David Solheim and Clerk Diann Nettifee. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on August 13, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes. Krivohlavek advised those present we will abide by the open meetings act posted at the back of the room, all proceedings are electronically recorded and to please silence phones; Approved agenda as presented; Approved minutes of August 5, 2025 meeting; Approved request to review Homestead Exemption application; Approve final list of 2025 Permissive Exemption Applications; 9:25 a.m. opened Public Hearing for Vehicle Exemption Applications; 9:27 a.m. closed Public Hearing for Vehicle Exemption Applications; Approved Vehicle Exemption Application for Crete Area Medical Center; There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m. The next meeting will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 9:15 a.m., in the Saline County Commissioners' Room, Court House, Wilber NE.
