Robert W. Divoky, 93, of Lincoln passed away Sept. 19, 2023. He was born July 8, 1930, in Dorchester, to William and Libby(Vyhnalek) Divoky.
Robert served four years during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force. He worked 38 years for the United States Department of Agriculture in Wheat Research, retiring in 1995. Robert was a member of the First Plymouth Church. He enjoyed farming.
Family members include his son, Robert Thomas Divoky, Lincoln; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Jan and Don Webb, Newport Beach, California. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ella Mae.
Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel in Lincoln. A memorial service will be Friday, Sept. 22, at 10 a.m. at First Plymouth Church in Lincoln. A private internment has already occurred. Memorial contributions are suggested to the church. Arrangements by Roper and Sons Mortuary.
