REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Friend, Nebraska is requesting bids for remediation of the following nuisance property described as: Friend City Lot 188 & South 25’ of Lot 189, Friend, Nebraska. (302 2nd Street) The work to be completed is as follows: 1. Removal and disposal of all debris. 2. Removal of all vegetative overgrowth around buildings, trees, etc. 3. Mowing of the property. 4. Removal of all dead vegetation including tree branches on the porch and in back of the property and on the roof. 5. Removal of all dead trees. 6. Proper repair of the roof, or in the alternative, complete demolition of structure due to foundational and structural concerns that preclude habitability.
