NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF FRIEND, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Friend, Nebraska will meet in Special Session on Monday, September 8, 2025 at the City Hall which meeting will be open to the public. Said meeting will commence immediately upon adjournment of the preceding budget hearing, which will begin at 7:30 pm. and continue until all attendee testimony has concluded. The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2026 budget. An agenda for said meeting is kept current and is available in the City Clerk's office during regular business hours.
