NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Friend Housing Authority shall conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of directly soliciting citizens’ comments concerning our new 5-year and annual plans. We will be going over our Capital Financing Plan (Grant) for 2024. Such comments can help us improve our services and better respond to public needs.
