NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE ON LAND WITHIN SALINE COUNTY, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 31st, 2023 In the Commissioner’s Room of the County Courthouse, in Wilber, the Saline County Board of Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the land at SW ¼ of section 36-5-3E for the purpose of expanding and constructing new metering and regulating equipment for pipeline operations. Said conditional use request has been filed by: Tallgrass Energy All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this proposed amendment.
