Joyce L. Shacklett, 85, of Loveland, Colorado, formerly of Friend, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, at the Aspen House in Loveland.
The committal service was Dec. 6 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, South Dakota.
