Howard Byron Barbur died Aug. 11, 2023, in Wichita, Kansas, on his 88th birthday. Howard was born Aug. 11, 1935, in Geneva.
The revised funeral service time will be Saturday, Sept. 2, at 1 p.m. at the Lauber Funeral home in Friend, followed by graveside Services at the Exeter Cemetery in Exeter. The casket will be open one hour before services at the chapel. Arrangements by Lauber Funeral and Cremation Services.
