FRIEND CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING for BUDGET PREPARATION July 21, 2026 Mayor Knoke and City Council met in Special session on Tuesday July 21, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. at the City Hall. The following were present: Mayor Knoke; Kristen Milton, David Sladek, Phyllis Schwab, absent Jeremy Collier, councilmembers; Trent Roesler, Public Works supervisor, Amie Underwood, City Clerk/Treasurer and Travis Arnold from AMGL. Travis Arnold from AMGL presented the preliminary budget for fiscal year 2026-27 and a detailed review took place. No action taken. Budget discussion concluded it was moved by Milton to adjourn, seconded by Schwab. Roll Call: Ayes: Milton, Schwab, Sladek; Absent Collier. Nays: None. Motion Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
