FRIEND CITY COUNCIL MINUTES-REGULAR MEETING June 2, 2026 Council President Milton and City Council met in regular session on Tuesday June 2, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. The appointed method for giving advanced notice of the meeting was given by publication in The Sentinel. Council President Milton presided and City Clerk/Treasurer Amie Underwood recorded the proceedings. The following Members were present: Kristen Milton, David Sladek, Phyllis Schwab, and Jeremy Collier, councilmembers; Trent Roesler, public works director. Mayor Judith Knoke was absent. A quorum being present, the meeting was duly convened. As required by the Nebraska Open Meetings Act, Council President Milton announced that a copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act has been posted on the south door of the City Hall meeting room for all in attendance to review.
