EXETER-MILLIGAN PUBLIC SCHOOL SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2025, AT 5:45 PM EXETER SITE COMMUNITY CLASSROOM President Erdkamp declared the special meeting open at 5:45 PM. Those present were A. Erdkamp, K. Jansky, E. Johnson, R. Johnson, D. Kallhoff, E. Milton, and Superintendent Sheffield. There were no visitors present. The Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted. Motion by E. Milton and 2nd K. Jansky by to verify that the School Board of Exeter-Milligan Public School special meeting was duly advertised, and all Board members were notified as to the time and place of meeting pursuant to Board policy and practice. Motion carried 6-0. No one shared during the public comment time. Motion by E. Milton and 2nd K. Jansky to approve the bid from Genesis Contracting Group for the EMF elementary remodel project. Motion carried 6-0. Motion by R. Johnson and 2nd E. Johnson to approve the teaching contracts for Courtney Kenney, Katherine White, Mallory Gregory, and Kirsten Fike for the 2025-26 school year.
