Alex (Alexandria) Myshel Potter of Beaver Crossing passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Seward Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 3, 2003, in Omaha, to EJ and Cyndy (Boehmer) Potter. Alex attended Centennial High School and graduated with the Class of 2021.

Alex was known for her infectious smile whenever you met her. Even though she was in a wheelchair, it did not hold her back. Alex loved to go hunting, fishing, watching dirt track racing, dancing and playing tennis. Alex was involved with many crafts, from painting, making clay bowls and keychains. She also had music playing all the time no matter the style, country to classic to rock to heavy metal.

Alex was a founding member of the Dancing Beyond Limits and an Honorary Fifth Member of Blinker Fluid. She was a member of the Heartland Dallas Safari Club and Pheasants Forever-Seward. 

Survivors include Alex’s mother, Cyndy Potter, and father, EJ, of Beaver Crossing; grandparents, Sue Boehmer, Lincoln, Deborah and John Edwards, Beaver Crossing, and Earl and Darla Potter, Garland; aunts, Jocasta and Craig McCloud, Meriden, Kansas, and Kathy and Mike Cole, Leavenworth, Kansas; step-uncle, James Crocker, Colorado; and special cousin, Sydnee Mundehenke, Beaver Crossing, and many other cousins, family and friends. She was preceeded in death by great-grandparents.

The funeral service was June 25 at St Paul Lutheran Church, in Utica, with internment at Beaver Crossing Cemetery.
