Nerud of Dorchester elected to National Corn Growers Association Corn Board

Dan Nerud of Dorchester was elected to the National Corn Growers Association Corn Board in Washington, D.C. on July 18. Read the Friend Sentinel or Crete News on August 7 to learn about Nerud's love for agriculture and goals to help farmers while on the board.

Teen overnight lock in at Crete Public Library Aug. 8

Spend the night in Crete Library for teen night "Library After Dark" on Aug. 8 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. playing games, eating snacks and watching movies. Registration is required with the library.
