Kenneth Duain Rouch was born May 19, 1952, in York. He passed away Nov. 11, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene; sons, Nathan Rouch and Aaron Rouch (wife Rachel and granddaughter Piper); daughter, Joanna Jorgensen (husband Brendon and a grandson due in December); siblings, Jim (wife Donna), Pat (husband Don Wright), twin sister, Kathryn and ex-wife Susan) plus many relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be Friday, Nov. 18, at 2 p.m., followed by visitation with the family at the Lincoln Berean Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
